David Wheeler has developed embedded systems software in the fields of Sensors, Robotics, Consumer Electronics, Controls, and Telecommunications since 1989.

Naturally, most of these systems were programmed in C, C++ and Python. In recent years, though, Rust has proven itself to be a capable and worthy language for Embedded Systems. I’m enjoying learning the language, with its crates and tools and finding ways to apply it in the technological space I’m familiar with.
